GTN Europe Secretariat operates from offices in
London and The Hague from which general
administration and duties are performed.
The GTN Europe executive board consists of the
following individuals:
Richard Watts-Joyce CTA
Managing Director - Global Tax Network UK
Richard co-founded Global Tax Network Ltd
(formerly Expatriate Tax Solutions Ltd) in 1999,
having previously spent several years at the
London offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers and
KPMG advising both small and multinational
companies on expatriate tax planning and
compliance issues. During this time, he spent
two years specialising in Far Eastern clients,
assisting a number of major Japanese banks based
in the City of London. In addition, he has
experience of assisting both US and European
companies in the high technology, finance,
pharmaceutical and motor industries.
In addition to the time spent within Big 4
accountancy firms, Richard spent two years as a
Management Consultant at Watson Wyatt Partners,
advising on international HR issues and the
implementation of tax efficient global stock
plans, and three years within the finance
department of IBM UK Limited. Richard has a BSc
Honours Degree from the London School of
Economics and qualified as a member of the
Association of Taxation Technicians in 1995 and
the Chartered Institute of Taxation in 1999.

Siegfried Jagga
Managing Director - Global Tax Network
Netherlands
Siegfried is the managing director of GTN in
the Netherlands focussing on cross border
employment issues, including Dutch work and
residence permits, advice on Dutch and
international tax, social security, pension
and payroll as well on relating compliance
services. Prior to working as a GTN firm,
Siegfried was the founder of Global Expat
Consulting.
Siegfried began his career as a PA to the
management of one of the largest banks in the
Netherlands. He then worked for former
Arthur Andersen & Co S.C. before he was
hired by former Price Waterhouse and
successfully established an expatriate
department in The Hague. Siegfried assists a
large range of foreign and Dutch companies
with their inbound and outbound employees.
